What We're Looking For : We have exciting opportunities for Joiners, Installers, and a Foreman to bring their talents to our Cromwell team.
You'll be using your skills to create beautiful household joinery while working in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.
Your Day-to-Day : Master quality control techniques (because we're all about that perfection!)
Get hands-on with tools and materials to bring projects to life Communicate like a pro - teamwork makes the dream work!
Jump in with any additional tasks to keep the workflow smooth Inspect materials to ensure they meet our high standards Dive into both solo and team projects Follow safety guidelines to keep everyone in tip-top shape Read plans like a seasoned pro Load, deliver, and install joinery with flair Tackle other fun duties as assigned by the team Lead the Charge (Foreman Role): Organize, delegate, and train our factory team to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Bring : For Joiner/Installer : At least 3 years of relevant experience For Foreman : 3+ years in joinery, leadership skills are a plus!
A solid level of physical fitness (we lift things, a lot!)
Practical problem-solving skills and a positive attitude The ability to meet deadlines and stay organized An eye for detail - perfection is key!
