Ensure staff practice at the highest level of competence in safe moving and handling. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and legal regulations. Development and delivery of programmes designed to reduce and prevent injury and work-related ill health. Providing initial and continuous training and education sessions. Qualifications and Experiences : A degree or diploma in nursing, allied health, or a related field. Certification as a registered nurse or allied health professional. Familiarity with best practices and legislative requirements in manual handling and occupational health and safety. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and enjoys collaborating with people. Proven ability to identify risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and troubleshoot issues related to manual handling and safety. Experience in accurately documenting training sessions, compliance activities, and safety-related incidents. Extensive awareness and understanding of safe moving and handling practice in patient care settings. Previous experience and success in teaching or delivering training programs.
