Our client is synonymous within the industry for their expertise in high end luxury jewellery. Their team is comprised of qualified jewellers, designers, watchmakers, engravers, gem setters, pearl re-threaders, and valuers.They have a well-established client base and work closely with their clientele to create bespoke pieces.
About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will come from a jewellery background, with a wealth of knowledge within the industry. A people first manager, you share your passion and experience with your team, ensuring they are always providing excellence in customer experience. An expert in your craft, you will create a customer experience like no other, building long-lasting relationships.
Key Skills Required for the Position

Experienced Retail Manager within the jewellery sector
Passionate & committed to your team
Personable & warm in your approach
Proven background of exceeding company budgets and KPI's
Skills in training and developing new recruits and existing staff
Strong sales experience with a consultative approach to selling
Exceptional communication skills
Immaculate presentation
