We are actively seeking Type Rated and Non-Type rated pilots to fly our modern Boeing 737-800 aircraft, connecting New Zealand to the Qantas network.

As a First Officer, you'll have the following qualifications and experience OR ability to obtain prior to commencement:
An Australian Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL (A)) OR Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL (A)) For CPL holders: Passes in all Australian ATPL Theory subjects OR New Zealand ATPL Theory subjects, Endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D on a CASA Multi Engine Aeroplane Instrument Rating A current Instrument Proficiency Check (MEA) Level 6 English Language Proficiency on your CASA Licence Current CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate The ability to hold an Aviation Security card, ASIC (Aust) & AvSec (NZ) Hold a current passport with at least 12 months validity The right to live and work in New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship. Non-New Zealand or Australian passport holders require a New Zealand Permanent Resident Visa Hours Requirements: (Updated) Total Time: 1,500 hours 500 hours multi engine OR 500 hours single engine turbine One of the following: 250 hours PIC; OR 250 hours command (minimum 70 hours PIC) and 500 hours as an FO on transport category aircraft This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and be a part of a fun and vibrant team that values collaboration and innovation.
