About the Role
Working with the Operations Coordinator, you will deliver efficient back of house activities, ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time, including:
Complying with operations process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reporting.
Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers.
Contributing to the operations team's achievement of set performance management requirements (KPIs) by utilising operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks.
