The Opportunity

As a Counter Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:

Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.

Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.

Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.

Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best.

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
