By combining capability, technology and an engaging team culture, we can offer the best brands, a big range of home appliances and consumer electronics at low prices.About the roleThis role is a casual roster of Monday - SundayCreate, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences within the JB Direct Sales Team, by delivering high quality product and service solutions on every occasion over the Phone and via Live Chat.Key Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets for you and the JB Direct Sales Team by: Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating "Raving Fans".Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modules.
Participating in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate required sales behaviors.Understand the JB HiFi 5 Steps of Selling and demonstrate in all customer interactions o Working efficiently and multitasking where required to manage incoming call and chat volumes.Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.Remain relevant and up to date with new products and services.
Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards.Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the Management Team, where required, in daily operational aspects and task.
