Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for you and the JB Direct Sales Team by:Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating "Raving Fans"Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modulesParticipating in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate required sales behavioursUnderstanding the JB Hi-Fi 5 Steps of Selling and demonstrating in all customer interactionsWorking efficiently and multitasking where required to manage incoming call and chat volumesProvide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the saleRemain relevant and up to date with new products and servicesEnsure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards.Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersAssist the Management Team, where required, in daily operational aspects and tasks Skills & Experience: Retail experience in high achieving teams (preferred not mandatory)Demonstrated ability in required competenciesUnerring passion for creating great customer experiences To Apply If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
