Details of the offer

About the Role
We are looking for two IT professionals to be a part of a diverse, high functioning team and get stuck into a varied work portfolio supporting our Information Services function and the wider business.
This role requires someone who is agile, can quickly adapt and prioritise several tasks on the go at any one time. You will use your solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and initiative to identify upcoming IT trends in the business and have the confidence to drive your own learning and development in these areas to anticipate training and learning needs.
You will also partner with key stakeholders, including a key internal partner the central Learning and Development team as you provide transformational IT focused learning for the organisation. Specifically, you will:

Develop comprehensive training programs including materials and resources to support the specific needs of different user groups.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to deliver engaging training to the business.
Collaborate with business units, managers, and end-users to assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training to identify areas of improvement.
Look at continuous improvement based on feedback, evaluation, and emerging technology trends.

Skills and Experience
If you have some of the following, we are keen to hear from you:

Use initiative and independent judgement to deal with critical tasks.
Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business-critical deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Motivated, proactive, and enjoy a busy working environment.
Contribute positively to a high performing and engaged team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with a varied audience and adapt the material accordingly.
Have a customer-focused approach.

Even if you don't tick all the boxes but believe your skills and experience closely align, then we still encourage you to apply.
About the Team
The Engagement and Service Quality Team works across the Information Systems and Service (ISS) and wider DOC business areas to support and deliver core IT Services.
DOC refreshed its Digital Strategy in 2023 and this provides a roadmap to meet business outcomes. The ICT Strategy and Roadmap will ensure the right technology building blocks are in place to deliver business strategy.
Our team-wide approach to Customer Service is that it must be awesome. Our people will demonstrate professionalism and provide a positive approach in their work.
Ideas to improve service and to make things better will be welcome in a supportive and engaged team environment.
What's in it for You?
DOC places importance on developing a culture where everyone can participate, thrive, and grow. We're working towards being an organisation that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive by default.
