To uphold our commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level incident, log-in, and service request support to corporate and frontline staff members, focusing on the RCM (Rental Car Management) system and other hardware and software needs.Manage mobile devices and applications related to our fleet management systems.Troubleshoot and configure hardware and software for the RCM system.Assist with the management of vehicle telematics, escalating issues as necessary.Manage case tickets and emails, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Perform move/add/change activities for hardware and software configurations.Coordinate with third-party vendors for planned changes or outages.Work Schedule and Salary:Full-time role, Monday to Sunday, with at least 30 hours per week.Occasional travel to onsite locations for hands-on support.Salary dependent on experience: $30-35 per hourQualifications and Skills:Relevant tertiary qualification and/or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.IT background with confidence in PC hardware maintenance, desktop devices, operating systems, and a good grasp of Windows operating systems and applications.Experience with Rental Car Management systems.Strong troubleshooting skills.Ability to prioritize workload, especially during major incidents.Team player attitude, willing to support other team members with workload or shift cover.Good time management skills to handle breaks and assigned workload effectively.Work within a dynamic organization that makes a difference in the community.Gain unique insights into the operations of a car rental service with opportunities for career development and progression.Discounts on vehicle rentals for you and your family.A fun and professional team environment.How to Apply:If this opportunity sounds like you, please submit your CV and Cover Letter by clicking the "Apply Now!"
