This is a unique hybrid role combining sales and quoting, managed services, and desktop support.
It is the perfect role for an IT-savvy self-starter to develop their career in the industry.Service desk experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to understand IT issues, and identify solutions is ideal; however, possessing outstanding communication and teamwork skills is critical.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to engage with clients, be flexible, and be able to take a big-picture view and remain calm under pressure.Responsibilities Include:Sales & Quoting - reviewing sales mailbox for renewals, creating quotes in Kaseya Quote Manager, discussing requirements with customers, and quoting.
