They are looking for an IT Support & Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a unique hybrid role combining sales and quoting, managed services, and desktop support. It is the perfect role for an IT-savvy self-starter to develop their career in the industry.
Service desk experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to understand IT issues, and identify solutions is ideal; however, possessing outstanding communication and teamwork skills is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to engage with clients, be flexible, and be able to take a big-picture view and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales & Quoting - reviewing sales mailbox for renewals, creating quotes in Kaseya Quote Manager, discussing requirements with customers, and quoting. (approx. 20% of role)
Managed Services - reviewing monitoring mailbox, reviewing remote management, and monitoring system each day for issues, addressing and escalating issues. (approx. 20% of role)
Desktop & Cloud Services - ensure client queries via telephone or email are logged promptly, accurately, completed in a timely fashion within agreed service levels, and documentation and ticket systems are updated (approx. 60% of role)
Technical Skills We Are Looking For:

Mobile Devices
Solid understanding of cyber security in a user context
Familiar with MAC and other cloud solutions, such as Google, Dropbox
Ideally, you also have experience with remote monitoring/management, worked with ticketing systems, and have an interest in developing your knowledge and experience in utilizing AI technology.
