We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional desktop support, audio-visual (AV) support, and installation services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and enhancing the user experience across the organisation.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $69,683 and $81,980, dependent on skills and experience.
The IT Support Analyst is based in our Toi Ohomai | Te Pukenga at either our Tauranga or Rotorua campus reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager and will be responsible for:
IT Support to Academic and Administration Teams
Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support
IT Service Delivery Administration
Desktop Imaging and Deployment

To be successful in this role you will have:
Diploma in Business Computing or similar tertiary computing qualification
Clean drivers' licence
Windows 10/11 or similar experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience providing technical support in medium to large IT environment
