As a Service Delivery Support Analyst, you're responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the stability and usability of software systems, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems. By resolving application issues, collaborating with teams to implement enhancements, and analysing trends to reduce incoming issues, the Support Analyst plays a vital role in optimising system performance and user experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Provide second-line support for key software applications, troubleshooting issues and working closely with users and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Take ownership to resolve incidents related to the Applications supported by the FPA Support teams.
Track and document all incidents and service requests using the designated ticketing system.
Prioritise and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and minimize impact on business operations.
Provide user support and guidance on application functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Collaborate with development teams to test and implement application enhancements and updates.
Participate in projects related to application upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
About you
4+ years experience in a commercial environment or be a recent tertiary graduate or hold industry qualifications related to Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Financial.
Experience working with ERP software desirable but not essential.
An understanding of Business Processes and software systems.
Strong analytical skills that translate to excellent troubleshooting and solution skills in business applications.
Excellent communication skills, especially around global component of role.
