This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support across our Dunedin & Auckland offices.As the IT Service Delivery Analyst, you will require strong technical and problem-solving skills. You will have experience supporting end users with Microsoft desktop and web systems, web applications, general IT hardware, and VC systems. It is essential that you have working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 & Azure. You will work closely with various teams, both internal and external, to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations. Your role is crucial in aligning IT services with the business needs while optimizing processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end service delivery to staff in our Dunedin & Auckland offices.Act as the primary onsite contact for IT service requests and incidents.Work with other teams to identify and resolve issues.Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, looking to identify improvement opportunities.Work with third-party contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services.Collaborate with the 24/7 helpdesk to ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents.Work in and monitor our ticket system.Ensure the smooth running of staff onboarding & offboarding processes.Minimum Requirements:2 years+ experience in IT service delivery and support.Must have working experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure.Knowledge of basic networking is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Experience working with third-party contractors.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Occasional travel to our Auckland office to provide support.Benefits:35 days holiday including STAT holidays.2 days paid volunteering leave.Life insurance.Birthday holiday leave.A monthly well-being allowance.Access to an extensive online learning platform.Health cash-back plan.Enhanced maternity/paternity leave.Employee Assistance Programme.An opportunity to enhance your career with an organization that has a strong sense of purpose.You will also be exposed to a wide variety of people and areas within the business and be given the opportunity to learn from a highly skilled and passionate team.
