This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support across our Dunedin & Auckland offices.As the IT Service Delivery Analyst, you will require strong technical and problem-solving skills. You will have experience supporting end users with Microsoft desktop and web systems, web applications, general IT hardware, and VC systems. It is essential that you have working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 & Azure. You will work closely with various teams, both internal and external, to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations. Your role is crucial in aligning IT services with the business needs while optimizing processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end service delivery to staff in our Dunedin & Auckland officesAct as the primary onsite contact for IT service requests and incidentsWork with other teams to identify and resolve issuesDevelop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, looking to identify improvement opportunitiesWork with third-party contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT servicesCollaborate with the 24/7 helpdesk to ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidentsWork in and monitor our ticket systemEnsure the smooth running of staff onboarding & offboarding processes2 years+ experience in IT service delivery and supportMust have working experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and AzureKnowledge of basic networking is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholdersExperience working with third-party contractorsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesOccasional travel to our Auckland office to provide supportThis is for a permanent full-time role.
