The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Dunedin-based IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our IT team at Oritain. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support across our Dunedin & Auckland offices.
As the IT Service Delivery Analyst, you will require strong technical and problem-solving skills. You will have experience supporting end users with Microsoft desktop and web systems, Web applications, general IT hardware and VC systems. It is essential that you have working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 & Azure. You will work closely with various teams, both internal and external, to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations. Your role is crucial in aligning IT services with the business needs while optimising processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end service delivery to staff in our Dunedin & Auckland offices
Act as the primary onsite contact for IT service requests and incidents
Work with other teams to identify and resolve issues
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, looking to identify improvement opportunties
Work with third-party contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services
Collaborate with the 24/7 helpdesk to ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents
Working in and monitoring our ticket system
Ensuring the smooth running of staff on-boarding & off-boarding processes

Requirements

2 years+ experience in IT service delivery and support
Must have working experience with SharePoint, Microsoft365 and Azure
Knowledge of basic networking is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
Experience working with third-party contractors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Occasional travel to our Auckland office to provide support
