Join a global managed service provider specializing in the financial services sector.As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring seamless IT operations for our partners, managing service incidents, requests, and changes with precision and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting escalating requests from L1/L2 Support Engineers.Manage the lifecycle of service incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring prompt resolutions.Provide remote end-user support to troubleshoot equipment and system issues.Maintain end-user services, including multi-function devices, telephony equipment, and specialized IT equipment.Administer and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and file access control.Develop, maintain, and own technical site documentation, including asset inventories and change management processes.Promote cyber awareness to protect customer assets and data.Participate in change and configuration management projects to meet evolving business needs.What You'll Bring4+ years in a similar roleExpertise in cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Azure and Office 365, with a proven ability to automate processes.Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technology stacks (Office 365, EMS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows Server/Desktop).Experience with LAN administration (Switches, Access Points) is advantageous.Extensive experience providing desk-side support to senior executives.Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Microsoft OS, Office 365, and Azure.Knowledge of Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, and antivirus solutions.Understanding of telephony systems, Mimecast, and Palo Alto Networks.Why Join Our Client?Work remotely from Auckland while supporting global clients in a dynamic sector.Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologiesBe part of a team that values growth, innovation, and high-quality service delivery.How to ApplyIf you are interested please apply online today, and we will aim to get in touch in the New Year.
