Location : Radius Care Support Office, Level 4/56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052 Hours of work : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible) Some duties include but not limited to: Provide an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot and respond to incidents/service requests. Resolve tickets aligned to our SLA's. Investigate root cause and recommend solutions. Maintain site documentation to Radius standards. Assist with hardware builds/deployments and software implementations. Build exceptional rapport with our customers. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment At least 2-3 years of service desk experience Microsoft stack, Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies, Anti-Virus technologies, VMware and Hyper-V, Autotask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills You are great on the phone and customer-centric. You can demonstrate proactive self-directed learning.
