Reporting directly to the manager, you will play a vital role in transitioning our current systems to a new ERP platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Phase 2 of our ERP implementation project.What you'll be tasked with:Process Analysis & Mapping: Collaborate with employees/users at all levels to map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements.Business Problem-Solving: Conduct data analysis, process evaluation, and stakeholder consultations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.Requirements Documentation: Clearly articulate business needs, challenges, and proposed solutions to management and technical teams.IT System Integration: Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies, such as creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data management processes, create custom reports, and analyze performance metrics, acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process.Continuous Improvement Management: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including staff communication, training, and ongoing support.Vision Development: Work with stakeholders to outline a clear future-state vision for processes and systems.Solution Implementation: Support system testing and deployment while monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.Compliance Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.Skills and competencies you'll need:5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management, with experience in business process improvement methodologies.5+ years of experience working with IT projects (essential).Bachelor's degree in IT is essential; a Master's degree is a plus.A genuine interest in helping the business move forward.A passion for driving business change and a desire to make a real impact.Ability to train staff in the use of various systems.Excellent people skills and a self-directed individual.Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.Strong communication capabilities with the ability to bring people together and drive discussions.Confidence and courage to challenge.Able to travel.Mandarin is a plus but not essential.What can you expect in return?Flexible working arrangements and work-life balance.Competitive salary and additional benefits.
