Join us in transforming the way people access and enjoy healthy food.About the role:As an IT Analyst, you will have the critical role of maintaining our IT function and helping Foodsmart become more efficient. You will work closely with engineering, people operations, and security to ensure that Foodsmart is using the most effective technology to run our business. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software used by our company is easy to use, secure, and scalable. You will also be responsible for providing support for our team members and contractors. You will design and document policies that facilitate an all remote workforce.You will:Provide comprehensive technical support to Foodsmart employees worldwide.Manage IT support queue system to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities.Diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate issues timely to appropriate internal teams.Ensure all issues and resolutions are appropriately documented.Maintain and update knowledge base articles to help users self serve.Provision new users' computer and systems access.Assist in onboarding, setting up, and deploying IT equipment for new employees.Assess recurring issues to create automated processes and solutions where possible.Manage Hardware and Software asset inventories.You are:Proven working experience in an IT role or relevant experience.Strong troubleshooting experience, able to identify root causes of issues.Resourceful, able to prioritize tasks and address the most critical or pressing demands first.Empathetic and able to provide amazing customer service to your internal stakeholders.You have:2+ years of experience working in a cloud-first organization including familiarity with Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, 1Password, Zoom, and Oomnitza.Experience configuring and troubleshooting macOS/iOS devices.Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices and services (WiFi, LAN, VPN).Enjoy solving challenging user issues and maintaining a world class user experience.Ensure expectations of users are met and requests resolved in a timely manner.You have IT experience in a fast paced startup environment.You've managed Google Workspace installations.You're comfortable with MDM implementation and administration.$72,000 - $92,000 a yearRole: IT AnalystLevel: IC2-IC3Location: RemoteBase Salary Range: $72,000/yr to $92,000/yr + equity + benefitsOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California.
