We're looking for an International Operations Specialist to join our supply chain team here in Aotearoa, reporting to our NZ National Landside Logistics Manager.
In this role, you'll take accountability for executing the operational tasks required to flow the product from the vendor to Woolworths New Zealand Distribution Centres (DC) on time and in full, per the orders raised. Operations Specialists will also work with 3PLs and utilize their services to move products globally, providing the group with a sustainable competitive advantage in cost and availability.

Key responsibilities:

Proactively assisting in identifying hazards and working with Supply Planners and Vendors to improve safety standards.
Investigation and communication of delayed shipments.
Execute QBRs and prepare pack and data.
Support Improvement and Buying Projects.
Support opportunities with the Customs brokerage team.

About You | Mou
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in international shipping or international supply chain, coupled with a good understanding of retail, buying, and replenishment. Ideally, you will have knowledge of CargoWise1 (CW1) and strong Excel skills.
