Investor Services Client Operations

As a result of the strong client and FUM growth, our client requires an additional resource for its Auckland office to focus primarily on the support of their business. THE ROLEProvide excellent client service and client query handling via phone and email.Process all client transaction requests and send to the Onboarding Team for review.Adhere to all AML requirements for any client documentation.Follow up on missing or incorrect information.Perform all other background processing and administrative tasks.Complete other ad hoc duties and project work.ABOUT YOUExperience in Investment Administration is preferred but not essential.Experience in client services support functions within the industry is essential.Strong attention to detail.Good understanding of various instrument types, such as equities, bonds, term deposits, etc.If you are looking to join an award-winning organization that invests in their people, has a great culture, and offers an amazing package, then this opportunity could be for you!
