The Opportunity Reporting to the Investor Relations Team Leader, we are seeking a seasoned and organised administration professional with a proven track record of excellence.
Proficient with previous experience in a corporate office environment, you'll be adept at managing busy workloads with ease and finesse.
Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount to this role as is the ability to grasp new software and systems quickly.
A confident communicator, you'll enjoy helping our valued clients with queries and assisting them with completing applications and supporting documentation.
Finally, you'll be a team player wanting to contribute to a fun and engaging workplace culture, bringing your outgoing personality to the team.
You'll foster a positive and collaborative work environment supporting our busy office with general office management, including maintaining shared spaces, organising office stocks and supplies, arranging travel and calendar management and the effective running of internal staff functions, team activities and wellbeing initiatives.

Skills and Experience Excellent communication and relationship management skills – Customer service or experience in building successful stakeholder relationships is advantageous.

Our successful candidate will have 3+ years administration experience with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
