Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Investments, this is a hands-on role. You will be supporting the investments team as your core priority. You will have a customer-centric mindset, attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role operates across a range of responsibilities from investment / customer engagement, marketing coordination and wider business support across the team.
To be successful here you will need to have proven administration and support experience. Exposure to banking / finance / investment will be highly regarded, although not essential. Experience in compliance and the CRM systems would be beneficial. Either way, you will know what good looks like.
This role is well-remunerated reflecting the bandwidth of your duties. Ideally the hours will be full-time, but we will consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
