Property/Investment Sales Specialist Join The Property Factory and sell off the plan property to investors and first home buyers across New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our specialist property sales team. We provide you with high-quality listings and leads. It means no more chasing listings, working weekends, and doing open homes! About Us The Property Factory is a new build/off-the-plan property sales agency. We source listings for you to sell directly to investors and first home buyers nationally. The Property Factory has developed some of the most innovative online tools for New Zealand property investors and home buyers to assist them in their property journey. We utilise technology to elevate you as a salesperson to produce the best possible results. Tasks & Responsibilities As one of our sales specialists, you will be responsible for: Working closely with our engaged clients and active leads, ready to take the jump into property for the first time or are expanding their existing property portfolio. Working with motivated buyers with the financial capacity to take action. Developing a superior knowledge of our property projects and understanding the developer's history, project story, location, features, plans, and numbers back to front. Regularly engaging with your buyers throughout the purchase process and acting as their trusted advisor, educating them on long-term property strategies while maintaining strong brand visibility. Working with our external team of expert property specialists to provide finance, asset planning, legal, and accounting advice. Qualifications & Experience Real estate licence. Possess a passion and, ideally, knowledge of the property industry. Proven sales overachiever, closer, and self-starter with ideally a track record of off-the-plan sales or commercial real estate investment sales. Confident, with a head for analytics and able to articulate investment concepts and financial information to our clients such as cash flow forecasts. Effective account management and understanding relationship selling, multiple points of contact, and the long-term value of repeat buyers. Technically and digitally savvy, including being able to follow online systems and processes.
