From urban townhouses to family homes, classic forms to contemporary looks – we create homes for life.We have an exciting opportunity for someone an experienced property or construction sales manager to join our Christchurch office, to help grow our investment sales profile.Your role will involve:Leading a team of investment sales consultants, motivating and inspiring them to meet and exceed sales targets.Ensuring effective management of the sales lifecycle, from lead/prospect to closing a sale on a MGH contract, managing and advising the customer through the investment unit/home sales process.Coaching the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in property investment, investment-centric sales techniques.Managing and growing new sales through investment channels.Being responsible for planning, organising and executing sales and promotional activities and materials such as seminars, webinars, podcasts, open days, and information sessions, ensuring these align with sales strategies and objectives.Does this sound like you?Proven experience in a sales management role within the property or construction industry.Strong knowledge and experience in property investment and the housing market, and be able to educate others on investment property.Experience with investment centric sales techniques and marketing, and be able to coach and upskill others.Sales leadership and team management experience.Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors and clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.Effective communication, stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.We offer:A supportive working environment.Subsidised health insurance.Fantastic location overlooking Hagley Park.To apply, please follow the Seek "Apply Now" link.
