DIVISIONS
The Investment Banking Division works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Help solve critical financial and strategic challenges for our client base across broad product and sector groups by:

Developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and assisting with structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions;
Developing financial models, performing customized company valuation analysis and forecasting, assisting with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances;
Preparing client presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations, and provide the necessary financial insights to help shape client investment strategies to meet their goals;
Coordinating teams of tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions;
Organizing due diligence processes and actively participating in the negotiations of legal documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
