Investment & Accountability Manager/Senior Manager Full-time

One of those key data-driven practices is Publicis Media Exchange (PMX). PMX comprises a central trading and operations function, and dedicated expert investment teams to help support clients with implementational planning and buying. The role of the PMX Investment team is to manage frontline relationships with Media and Technology suppliers, by representing the best interests of our clients to maximize trading efficiencies, champion creativity, and ultimately drive business results.
Responsibilities Day-to-day management of investment and accountability program for selected key regional client
The preparation of buying results for a key client within the region including reviewing data and co-creation of delivery presentations
Developing strong relationships with buyers in local offices, regional client team, and media auditors
Providing advice and support to local offices on media accountability
Effectively managing timelines, analyzing feedback, and reviewing pricing and delivery against KPIs
Manage local and regional communications effectively to share best practice and get desired results from local markets
Ensure consistency of activation process and product across all markets
Ensure media auditing processes are managed by the teams and attend client audit meetings
Contribute to an investment community on the client that delivers learnings, best-in-market opportunities, and a performance-led culture
Reporting into the SEA Investment and accountability director
Minimum Requirements A thorough knowledge of media trading metrics and KPIs used to measure media buying performance across the main media.
Understanding of basic media planning principles
A minimum of 4 years' experience gained at one of the following: Media Agency Buying or Investment department, Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department.
Digital experience not essential but preferable
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create a story and clearly and concisely sell this into key stakeholders
Fluent in English; foreign languages not essential, but certainly very useful in this role
Experience in managing people across multiple countries
High level of numeracy and adept at managing data and using Excel
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills with a focus on attention to detail
Ability to process large amounts of data into relevant, big picture learning
Reporting currency and provide rates of exchange if required
Clarify any qualitative parameters and requirements
