With outstanding customer service and communication skills and an authentic personality, they go above and beyond to deliver a first-class shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities include handling changing rooms, welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring our stores are full, and offering expert advice to make customers feel fantastic. No day is the same, and we work at pace!About YouIdeally, you will have some experience or background in customer service (retail or hospitality), but this is not a requirement.We're after a people person who loves to assist and chat with customers, is friendly, approachable, and always keen to help. A willingness to learn and develop customer service & styling skills is essential. A reliable and flexible team player who is all about teamwork, whether lending a hand or sharing a laugh, and someone we can always count on. Energy and passion are essential! In a fast-paced work environment, you can always count on your love of our products and the Hallensteins brand and are eager to represent!Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to provide the exceptional customer service during this festive time for which our brand is known!Please note to be considered, candidates must have full availability to work between the dates of 11th November and 19th of January.
