We're seeking an Inventory & Supply Analyst to take charge of our stock management processes. In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory levels, oversee efficient stock handling, manage route activity, including invoicing, electronic bills and shipping tracing. If you're ready to make a big impact in a dynamic environment and enjoy optimizing processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The role is full time (40 hours per week), permanent and the salary on offer will range between $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 depending on experience.Some of the duties include (but are not limited to):Analyses data related to supply chain and inventory to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiencies.Undertakes inventory analysis programs, generates detailed reports to monitor stock levels and discrepancies, and ensures efficient inventory management.Plans and implements periodic stock counts and coordinates annual inventory audits.Provides monthly reports on inventory discrepancies, obsolete stock, damages, and adjustments.Develops and recommends proposals to enhance methods and procedures, streamline workflows, redefine job roles, and support organisational advancements.Evaluates supply chain risks, devises strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and minimize disruptions.Manages slow-moving inventory by collaborating with sales, planning, procurement, and finance departments.Oversees equipment rental accounts, managing investigations and quarterly reconciliations.Identifies and executes cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with relevant managers.To be successful, you will have:5+ years' experience in manufacturing (preferably in food).Tertiary qualification (minimum diploma level) in Supply Chain or relevant field, advantageous, but not essential, if you have the right amount of work experience.Analytical, a high level of problem-solving required to determine root cause analysis.Functional expert on ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft Office.Forklift certificate and license preferred but not essential.Gear up for a workplace experience like no other with our irresistible benefits package!
