Lead a small team, including a Demand and Supply Planner and a Category Analyst, driving efficient stock management across a wide range of products. Play a key role in optimizing inventory flow, ensuring product availability, and reducing wastage in fast-moving, short shelf-life categories. Utilise your strong Excel skills in a tool-focused environment, managing large SKU counts and implementing planning processes. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, and collaborate with key teams across merchandising, category management, and logistics. About You:
You will have a strong background in FMCG inventory management and demand planning, with a passion for leading teams and improving processes. Solid background in fast-moving consumer goods, particularly in inventory and demand planning for businesses with extensive SKU counts. This is a great step-up opportunity for someone with some leadership exposure who is looking to take on more responsibility in a leadership capacity.
