We have an amazing opportunity for an Inventory Manager to join our busy team at our Support Office in Napier.
About this exciting role:
The Inventory Manager at Big Save is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's inventory across all locations of our nationwide stores, ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in maintaining the right stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will work closely with suppliers, warehousing, and store teams to streamline inventory processes, improve stock accuracy, and support the overall supply chain strategy.
We need these Key Skills and Competencies:

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in managing inventory records and conducting stock audits.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot inventory issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership: Capable of leading initiatives and training teams on inventory processes.
Our ideal Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary papers in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail or warehousing.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
Proven experience in process improvement and inventory optimization.
Strong knowledge of warehousing, stock control, and logistics principles.
Where and how much will you be working?

Based at Big Save Furniture's Napier Support Office with occasional travel to stores and distribution centers.
Full-time position with flexibility to meet business demands, including peak retail seasons.
