About the Job: Based in South Auckland, as the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems and processes around inventory across four Auckland sites.
You will also play a key role in the development of a new facility in Christchurch, offering a unique opportunity to shape processes and systems from the ground up.
This role involves implementing and improving inventory management practices, driving greater efficiency and safety.
You will lead a team with one inventory supervisor and three inventory controllers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
About You: We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with a background in warehousing and inventory management.
A background with dangerous goods would be desirable but not essential.
You will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively across multiple locations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety and compliance.
This role will suit someone who is eager to refine and implement systems and processes to enhance inventory management and is excited about the opportunity to be involved in a new build project.
