The newly created Inventory Coordinator position will play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of our manufacturing sites, with a key focus on the certification processes for our Awatoto based operations. This is a dynamic role in a rapidly changing environment, and as such we are looking for that coordinator who can also multi-task, juggle and prioritise while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
To be successful in the role you must have worked with EDs and ECerts previously (and if you don't know what these are, this is not the role for you!). You will have had exposure to ERP systems – and if that system is Abel, then that would enable a further advantage to your application!

Key responsibilities:
Processing MPI/ ED/ ECert requirements in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy Managing raw materials in line with FEFO requirements Conduct regular audits on inventory data Develop and implement procedures relating to our MPI eligibility certification and other logistical procedures The person we are seeking will have:
A minimum of 2 years in a logistics role handling EDs / ECerts Knowledge of MPI regulations Experience using an ERP system (Experience with ABEL an advantage) Intermediate excel skills This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing business with a global footprint.
