Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities Identify and investigate inventory variances and recommend solutions
Manage bin locations in Showrooms / Warehouses (4000 plus SKU's)
All stock is on Display
Oversee inventory control process and procedures
Implement and maintain strict quality control processes / procedures
Regular Inventory reporting and analysis
Maintaining/updating SKU labels as required.
Follow up on out of stock and other inventory discrepancies
Monitor out of stocks and assist with sourcing from other warehouses.
Liaise with purchasing staff re stocks / quantities etc
This role will also include a hands-on aspect (stock)
About You: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Strong administration skills - preferably experience in a Warehousing environment
Strong computer and technical skills
Effective at prioritizing workload and have good organizational skills
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Willingness to take on new challenges in this varied and developing role
Proficient in Excel
