Do you have inventory and supply chain experience?We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator to join our team at Washer Road! This role is responsible for assisting with the co-ordination of inventory to ensure data is accurately entered in a timely manner and compliant with all inventory rules and market restrictions. It plays a crucial role in optimising inventory and maximising throughput and efficiency through effective planning and preparation.The successful candidate will need:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey essential information quickly and accurately.Effective organisational and time management skills.Comprehensive computer skills & strong attention to detail.The ability to grasp new programmes and concepts quickly.The ability to make good decisions when working under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.A good understanding of inventory management metrics.Effective analytical, problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to work with a diverse workforce.An enthusiastic and hardworking approach to work and flexibility to work extended hours (including weekends) as required.Kiwifruit industry knowledge and experience in logistics and planning would be advantageous but not essential as we are willing to train someone who demonstrates the right can-do attitude!This opportunity is fixed term commencing in March for our 2025 kiwifruit season.
