For more information about us, go to www.archgola.co.nz.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.Update stock records in the inventory management system.Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are inspected for quality and accuracy.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues with deliveries.Organise and store received goods in designated areas.Support the operations team where required in a hands-on capacity in the factory - this may be up to 50% of the role.Liaise with licensees to ensure that they are aware of advanced or delayed orders.Work with the operations team to mitigate causes of delays.What we can offer youFull trainingA business that believes in the importance of enjoying work as well as achieving a good work/life and family balanceJob security, variety and the opportunity to learn new skills to grow your careerWhat we are looking forMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.Working knowledge of inventory and warehouse systems.Forklift license is desirable.Proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.Good computer skills and knowledge with medium level Excel.High level of organisation and planning skills.The ability to think logically and a keen eye for detail.Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised, using own judgement when necessary.Strong relationship and communication skills.Applicants for this position must be legally allowed to live and work in NZ.
