We are on the lookout for a talented Inventory Controller – Spares division to join our Fisher & Paykel team!
This role requires someone who is process-oriented, has great attention to detail, and can multitask to complete work to a high standard within specified timeframes.
This is a full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, based in East Tamaki, Auckland.
What You'll Do : Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational demands.
Coordination : Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to manage inventory levels and streamline processes.
Audits and Reporting : Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and generate detailed reports for management.
Forecasting : Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control.
Software Utilisation : Utilise intermediate-to-advance Microsoft Excel skills for generating reports, maintaining records and spreadsheets, undertaking reconciliation to track and analyse inventory trends and performance.
What You'll Bring : Minimum of 3 years in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software (e.g., JDE, NetSuite, Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory), strong analytical and logistical abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
