We are looking for an experienced Inventory conroller who will be interested in joining an efficient and fast paced team in Mount Wellington.
Day shift available from Monday - Friday.
7:00am - 2:30pm Key Role and Responsibilities - Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Managing inbound orders from customers.Communicating with Fredy orders and planning production together.Creating invoices and packaging slips for outbound orders.Administration related to ordering and stock takes inside the factory relating to raw ingredients/packaging, and manufactured stock.Managing logistics for outboard orders to our customers and our freight partners.Various tasks to ensure the manufactured goods can be made, packed and shipped on time.Manage the credits process.Other "special projects", and other reasonable business tasks.Managing accounts payable/receivable.Customer service phone calls/ visitsTo be successful for this role you MUST: Could pass a pre-employment drug test.Must have two work related references.Have reliable transport to get to and from work.Good attention to detail and reliability.Strong can-do attitude.
