The Inventory Control, Sales and Website Coordinator role is a full-time position which reports to the Store Leader and Directors. This role is varied, and encompasses inventory control, website maintenance and in-store sales. It is envisaged that inventory control and website maintenance will be 20 hours per week, and the sales component the remaining hours per week.Key duties and requirements for the role include:Inventory Control and Website MaintenanceResponsible for all incoming and outgoing Inventory, operating with high accuracy (description detail, category selection, pricing, margin etc)Stock Control with rolling stock counts and use of negative inventory reportsWorking with the Store Leader and Workshop Leader to establish the best re-ordering processesLiaising with management team around buying decisions and indent orderingAn understanding of bike components is importantResponsible for tracking returns and warranty workResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of all inventory informationFamiliarity of bike industry products or B2B sites is an advantage but not essentialWorking experience in Lightspeed POS or other inventory management system an advantageMaintain, develop and manage Cyclezone's website. Targets of revenue, traffic and drawing enquiry to the storeContribute and work closely with marketing to ensure content is current, relevant and freshPrevious experience of digital platforms on an operational level is essentialSalesA friendly, approachable persona, with the ability to develop a rapport with customers quicklyThe ability to ask the right questions, to match customers with the right solutionsA keen rider who understands bikes and has confidence selling high ticket items, with the product knowledge to facilitate thisSelf-management, initiative and the ability to priortiseA company ambassador, contributing to maintaining and development Cyclezone's position in the riding communitySomeone who knows their stuff.
