Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeWe have an exciting opportunity in our modern Ellerslie Support Office for an enthusiastic, self-starting Inventory Co-Ordinator.The backgroundReporting to the Supply Chain Manager and a strong dotted line to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, and data integrity of all systems interfacing with a big emphasis on the integrity of stock records and systems.Main Responsibilities:ASN (creating receipts)KMP AdjustmentsMain contact for stores re-stockRunning reportsTracking missing transfers & where if they've arrived but not receipted.
Log claims as required.Receipting variances to identify what's missing.Updating ordersTF to HO write offs - give to finance.Feedback to Post HasteWhat we are looking for:You will have experience working with large stock volumes across multiple locations.
Experience in retail is preferred, along with the confidence to investigate all things stock and integrity.
