About the role CARTERS is a leading supplier of building and construction products to the local trade in the Kaitaia region. As an inventory coordinator, you will be responsible for stock management for our Kaitaia branch to ensure our customer's product needs are met on time. Your adaptability and versatility will be key as you will also be required to provide support to customers at the front counter and answer customer phone enquiries. The main aspects of the Inventory Coordinator/CSR role will include but are not limited to: Investigating stock levels to ensure minimum and maximum levels are maintained Placing stock orders with preferred suppliers Arranging credits and freight charges Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, back orders, and stock transfers Unloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levels Serving customers and answering customer phone enquiries About you The ideal candidate will pride themselves on being highly organised, a quick learner/multitasker, and have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support.
