About the roleCARTERS is a leading supplier of building and construction products to the local trade in the Kaitaia region.As an inventory coordinator, you will be responsible for stock management for our Kaitaia branch to ensure our customer's product needs are met on time. Your adaptability and versatility will be key as you will also be required to provide support to customers at the front counter and answer customer phone enquiries.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable market leader, earn a highly competitive salary, and work within a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.The main aspects of the Inventory Coordinator/CSR role will include but are not limited to:Investigating stock levels to ensure minimum and maximum levels are maintainedPlacing stock orders with preferred suppliersArranging credits and freight chargesLiaising with customers regarding deliveries, back orders, and stock transfersUnloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levelsServing customers and answering customer phone enquiriesAbout youThe ideal candidate will pride themselves on being highly organised, a quick learner/multitasker, and have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support.
