Position Overview:We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory & Reporting Coordinator to join our dynamic product team. In this newly created role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed, our product data is up-to-date, and our reporting processes are streamlined.This role is based in our Head Office Woolston, Christchurch, and reports to our Product Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for a wide range of products.Monitor stock levels, report on discrepancies, and coordinate reorders as necessary.Generate and analyse inventory and sales reports, providing insights to support decision-making.Collaborate with the Product Operations Manager and other teams to ensure seamless product flow.Develop and implement inventory strategies to reduce shrinkage, stock discrepancies, and obsolescence.Ensure timely and accurate reporting on inventory performance, stock movements, and trends.What You Bring to the Table:Expert-level proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Experience in inventory management, reporting, or a related field (retail or wholesale experience a plus).Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.5+ years of experience in inventory management, product operations or a similar role; retail operations would be advantageous.Expert knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Exo, Oracle, or similar) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)Experience in retail or consumer goods industries is highly desirable.Why You'll Love Working with Us:Be part of an innovative and growing company with a strong reputation in the retail industry.Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team environment.Contribute directly to the success and growth of the business.Opportunity to help shape processes and make a real impact on the company's operations.We receive lots of wonderful applications – a cover letter will help you stand out and see you fast tracked through the recruitment process.Tell us WHY you want to meet us, what you feel you can bring to this role and what sets you apart from the rest!Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Reporting Coordinator?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have experience with inventory management?
