We process around 2000 orders a day of the best beverages in the market from Coke and other fizzy to juices, water, energy, alcohol, and coffee.Our Auckland DC is looking for an Inventory Analyst who is comfortable working with SAP and WMS systems, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be committed to maintaining inventory accuracy. We're seeking a curious problem solver who is committed to maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll frequently collaborate with DC, Delivery, Sales representatives and NCC to investigate customer claims. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it's imperative to conduct a comprehensive investigation to determine the underlying cause. Once the cause is identified, taking swift and appropriate action is essential. This may involve rectifying the situation by crediting the customer, correcting inventory records, expediting the order, or implementing process improvements to prevent similar issues in the future. Implementing proactive inventory measures to prevent customer disappointment is an important aspect of the position. If you like problem solving and working with others in a busy environment, then this role is for you!Your ImpactThe role involves all aspects of inventory such as stock counts, generating reports, system maintenance, credit investigations and processing, validating inventory flow in and out of the DC. This role involves liaison with many departments from Production, Quality, Distribution Centre, Delivery and Sales. Timely processing of tasks to a high quality, thorough investigations of variances and problem solving is what makes up a typical day.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need strong administration skills, ideally with inventory management experience, and a background in supply chain operations. Proficiency in software such as MS Office, SAP, and warehouse management systems is crucial for effectively managing inventory data and processes. Moreover, strong interpersonal skills would facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various departments involved in the inventory management process. Being able to plan, organize, and pay close attention to detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
