We are looking for an Internal Sales team member to join our team in Onehunga, Auckland.
This Full-Time Permanent role plays a key role in achieving sales outcomes through close collaboration with the wider sales and operations team.

About you:
You will ideally have an interest in or familiarity with Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Geology, Earth Science, or a related scientific field.
We are seeking an individual who is self-driven, brings their personality to the role, prides themselves on providing flawless customer service, and strives to deliver high-quality work.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the internal point of contact for customers reaching out via phone or email.
Determine customer needs and collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure those needs are met or exceeded.
Prepare quotations and pricing for our product range.
Work with overseas suppliers and create costing sheets using Excel.
Provide internal sales support for the sales team.
What you will bring:
Previous experience in an Internal Sales/Customer Service role is a plus, but we're open to training the right candidate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
You will need a technical mindset and a keen eye for detail to succeed in this role.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and adjust to shifting demands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability and desire to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
