We are seeking a super-driven, positive and ambitious Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Foodchain. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and growing sales. The role requires a high level of self-motivation, discipline, and organisation as well as excellent relationship and networking skills.The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, confident, and focused on achieving targets.This role is based out of Avondale, Auckland and is full-time. Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm.Responsibilities:Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. An ability to confidently cold call on customers and close sales.Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts in the system.Reporting: Track and report on sales performance regularly.Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing support and resolving issues quickly.Order Management: Accurately process orders and work closely with the Customer Service and Logistics team to ensure timely delivery.Requirements:Experience in Sales is preferred, and Sales in Food Service is advantageous.
