Job Title: Internal Sales Engineer & Warehouse Officer (Hybrid Role)

We're looking for a motivated individual who can juggle the fast-paced demands of sales support and warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities Internal Sales Engineer (Spare Parts & Service) :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding spare parts, service inquiries, and product solutions.
Provide technical expertise on industrial pumps, valves, and associated components to support customers.
Process customer orders, generate quotations, and follow up on inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with external team to ensure accurate availability and delivery of parts.
Warehouse Officer :
Manage all incoming and outgoing goods, including spare parts and service equipment.
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock levels, and timely dispatch of items.
Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, maintaining an organised warehouse.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Perform regular audits of stock and maintain accurate records within warehouse management systems.
Skills & Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of industrial spare parts (ideally pumps, valves, and related equipment).
Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a dual role effectively.
Experience in internal sales or customer service in an industrial or technical environment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
Proficiency in using ERP and warehouse management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with international clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
