This position is fulltime permanent, and the successful candidate will be based from our Hybrid Site in Tauranga.

Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and emailPreparing quotes & processing ordersProactively following up with customers to get their feedbackAssisting in the day-to-day performance of the branch, including stock management and other administrative responsibilitiesSkills and Experience RequiredWe're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Intermediate level or above Computer SkillsGreat attention to detailFantastic warm and friendly telephone mannerExperience in customer facing role and values a high level of customer serviceAbility to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessaryAt Vulcan, Health and Safety comes above all else.
